UNITED NATIONS—UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Monday expressed concern over reports of incidents in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone. The UN press service said the UN chief urged Azerbaijan and Armenia to abstain from violence and observe the ceasefire regime agreement.
Ban also expressed full support to the efforts taken by the OSCE Minsk Group for the settlement of the situation.
“Mr. Ban said he shares the deep concerns expressed by the Co-Chairs of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group, the group driving efforts to find a peaceful solution to conflict, and other international partners.”
Ban “urges all parties to respect the ceasefire agreement, refrain from further violence and commit themselves to immediate de-escalation and continuing dialogue in the pursuit of a rapid and peaceful political solution,” according to the statement.
Mr. Ki-moon please summon over the Russian ambassador to the UN and appeal to him. He has connections to the Alpha and Omega AKA Mr. RasPutin.
It has become laughing matter! Mr Ban urges Armenia and Azerbayjan to observe the ceasefire regime. Why Mr Ban does’t tell Mr Aliyev to stop sending troops across border to Armenia. How come (OSCE) Minsk Group doesn’t see and condemn Azerbayjan when they even shoot at the vilagers on the Armenian side.
Mr Ban, (OSCE) Minsk Group, US and West it is a shame that you do not stop or at least condemn Azerbayjan. Shame on civilised world…
Stop arming Turkey and Azerbaijan. This is one answer to YOU ALL. Then RECOGNIZE THE TURKISH CRIME OF THE ARMENIAN GENOCIDE.
Artsakh is free and independent. Come to your senses. Armenians will not give up any Armenian land to anybody.
Talk is cheap
Ay kez Ban…
