Washington Meeting of OSCE Minsk Group Canceled

WASHINGTON (Azg)–The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Minsk group meeting which was to be held in Washington on Tuesday was canceled when its participants–US Deputy State Secretary Strobe Talbot and representatives from Russia and France–Valentin Lozinski and Jack Bleu–already met in Moscow.

No additional information was provided about the results of the meeting. The State Department said that a meeting of the Minsk group co-chairing countries will be held in Washington in the future. It is expected that representatives of Armenia–Azerbaijan–and Karabakh will join in the next step of negotiations.
