Remains of 39 Year Old Jet Crash to be Transferred to US

YEREVAN (Hayastani Hanrapetutyun)–A delegation from the US Air Force museum visited the Aragatsotn province on July 14 to pick up the remains of a C-130 jet which was shot down near the Verin Sasnashen village of Talin in 1958.

Members of the delegation met with the governor of Aragatsotn–Hrachia Grigorian–and left for Sasnashen–where some of the remains of the jet still remain 39 years after the accident.
