STEPANAKERT (Noyan Tapan/Armenpress)–The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic started preparations to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the national-liberation struggle of Karabakh. On Dec. 30–the President of Nagorno-Karabakh issued a state decree–establishing a government commission to be chaired by Prime Minister Leonard Petrossian to organize celebrations.
