Karabakh Security Council Holds Session

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The Security Council of Karabakh held a session on Friday–under the chairmanship President Arkady Ghoukassian. The session addressed issues of social–economic and political concern–as well as preparations for the 10th anniversary celebration of the national liberation movement of Karabakh.

The participants stressed the necessity of mending differences between Karabakh and Armenia regarding the conflict resolution. A decision was reached.
