Aid Granted to Families of Yezid Freedom Fighters

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)– Upon the initiative of the "Headquarters of Freedom Fighters and Soldiers" of the National Union of Yezids–humanitarian aid was distributed to families of perished and missing freedom fighters–Tuesday–at the editorial office of the "Voice of Yezids" program of the Armenian National Radio.

The names of numerous young Yezids–39 of whom never returned home–have been recorded in the glorious history of Karabakh’s struggle for independence along with the names of Armenian freedom fighters.

The head of the "Headquarters of Freedom Fighters and Soldiers" Khoren Saroyan said that concern for the families of freedom fighters is very important and such concern is shown as far as possible.
