Armenia’s Foreign Minister Meets Russian Top Officials and Minsk Group Co Chairman

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)– Armenia’s Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian–who is currently visiting Moscow–met Monday with his Russian counterpart Igor Ivanov–first vice-prime minister of Russia Vadim Gustov–vice-prime minister Valentina Matviyenko–minister for CIS affairs Boris Berezovsky and co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk Group Yuri Yukalov.

The sides discussed issues pertaining to the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict–regional cooperation–Armenian-Russian cooperation in political–economic and military areas–as well as cooperation within the framework of international organizations.
