Sargsyan Meets With ARF Bureau Delegation

YEREVAN (Armenpress)–Armenia’s prime minister Vazgen Sargsyan met with a delegation of Armenian Revolutionary Federation Bureau led by its chairman Peno Tontian.

The government’s press office reported that the meeting focused on Armenia-Diaspora relation–improvement of Armenia’s economy.

The ARF Bureau discussed the strengthening of the legitimacy of the Prime Minister’s office and the establishment of trust and a moral atmosphere in the public.

Sargsyan discussed efforts to coordinate Armenia-Diaspora roles and responsibilities and acknowledged the efforts of pan-Armenian organizations in bearing the difficult task of serving the homeland.

Sargsyan and the ARF Bureau delegation stressed that–despite geographic differences–the entire Armenian nation has one goal–the creation of a politically and economically strong Armenia. The upcoming September Armenia-Diaspora conference aims to serve the said goal.
