YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–At its meeting on July 11 the Interparty Social and Economic Council (ISEC) accepted to establish a "Foreign Economic Relation" structure in the government. The concept was presented by ARF member–Economist Tatul Manaserian. The government will make the "Foreign Economic Relations" either a separate ministry or a department of the Ministry of Economy.
Representative of the Constitutional Right Union–Armen Poghossian presented a socio-economic policy that provides for tariff preferences for energy–heating–water–telephone and gas as well as for granting tax privileges to those consuming less than 100kw/h.
