CIS Member Countries Integrate Their Educational Systems

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The agreement "On coordination of the processes of licensing–attestation and accreditation of educational establishmen’s of the CIS countries," was approved at the October 11 Parliament meeting.

Minister of Education and Science Edward Kazarian said that the high quality of education in separate countries and the presentation of common deman’s is an important factor for the creation of a united education system in the CIS countries. The minister also emphasized the importance of bringing together the laws and normative acts of separate countries as well as their exchange between the CIS member countries.

The agreement is aimed at integrating the CIS member countries into the education system as well as harmonizating of the legislative and normative spheres.
