The meeting participants discussed issues related to the relations between the Karabakh authorities and the ARF. On October 13–Ghoukassian welcomed –Varuzhan Dermejian–joint owner of the hotel recently constructed in Shoushi–a citizen of the US to his residence.

Dermejian noted that the newly constructed hotel met the international standards–and he hopes to render further assistance to the city of Shoushi in the future.

Noting the necessity of restoring Shoushi as the historical scientific-cultural center of Artsakh–Arkady Ghoukassian expressed his gratitude to the Armenian entrepreneur for his contribution to the town’s accomplishment and development of tourism in Nagorno Karabakh.
