Stable Karabakh May Encourage Krasnodar Armenia’s to Repatriate

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The number of the Armenia’s willing to return to Artsakh from Krasnodar is still not great–even though it may reach a great number with the stabilization of Karabakh–said assistant editor of the Yerkramas (Territory) independent newspaper of the Armenia’s of South Russia Victor Stepanian–who is on Stepanakert presently.

He said that the Krasnodar Armenia’s asked him to specify the privileges and rights for those who will migrate to Artsakh.

Stepanian said Karabakh Prime Minister Anushavan Danielian said during their meeting that in two to three years the economic growth in Karabakh will become more tangible.

According to Stepanian–Karabakh is able to receive several thousands of immigran’s–while Armenia has no such possibility since it cannot guarantee jobs for them.
