Ex Bulgarian PM Appointed New OSCE Envoy to Karabagh

VIENNA (Armenpress)–Former Bulgarian prime minister–Philip Dimitrov–was appointed special OSCE representative to the Mountainous Karabagh conflict on September 16.

Several days prior to this appointment–another former top Bulgarian official– ex-president Petar Stoyanov–was appointed OSCE special representative to deal with the conflict between Moldova and its splinter region of Transdniester.
