Thousands of Lebanese Armenians Protest Erdogan Visit

BEIRUT (Aztag)–Thousands of Lebanese Armenia’s turned out in the streets of Beirut to protest the visit of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayip Erdogan, who arrived in Lebanon Tuesday. Members of Armenian student and youth organizations gathered at Beirut’s international airport to "greet" the Turkish leader waving placards of protest and banners denouncing Turkey’s continued denial of the Armenian Genocide.
