Iran’s President to Visit Armenia

YEREVAN (Armenpress)–Iran’s president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is expected to visit Armenia later this month Armenian ambassador in Tehran, Karen Nazarian, told Armenpress.
The two countries are currently working out the details of the visit, he said, adding that Iran’s president will discuss with Armenia’s leadership a broad scope of bilateral issues.
He said the presidents of both countries will also focus on ways to boost their trade.
Armenian and Iranian presidents met last on March 19 during the inauguration ceremony of the Iran-Armenia natural gas pipeline in the Armenian town of Meghri on Iran’s border.
