Iran President Due in Yerevan Next Monday

YEREVAN (Armenpress)–President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will arrive in Armenia Monday for an official visit.
The press office of the Armenian president said Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Robert Kocharian will have a face-to-face meeting, which will be followed by official negotiations where the two will be signing several documen’s on bilateral cooperation. Both presidents are scheduled to give a joint press conference after.
Ahmadinejad is also scheduled to meet with the speaker of National Assembly Tigran Torosian and will make a speech at the Armenian Parliament.
The president of Iran will visit the memorial to the Armenian Genocide victims and the Genocide Museum Institute. He will also meet with Yerevan State University faculty and students.
Ahmadinejad will visit the Blue Mosque in Yerevan and will meet with representatives of the Iranian community of Armenia. He will be leaving Yerevan for Tehran on October 23.
