Yerevan Hosts International Conference on Regional Security

YEREVAN (Armenpress)–Experts from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, China, Palestine, Russia, Austria, Egypt, Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh gathered in Yerevan Thursday for an international and regional security conference dubbed, "Caucasus and Middle East-Potential Partners in the Process of Forming Regional Security System."
Representatives of the OSCE Yerevan office and other international organizations also attended the conference.
The focus of the discussions during the conference is on issues that may help form a regional security system embracing these countries.
The conference will end tomorrow with adoption of a declaration that will urge leaders of regional countries to organize debates on this prospect.
