Forceville briefed Sargsyan on the details of a cooperation agreement between HayPost and Le Post that outlines investment in the expansion and development of Armenia’s postal services, letter & parcel deliveries, and financial services.
Sargsyan, for his part, told Forceville that government was seeking to modernize Armenia’s aging postal offices.
The Armenian government transferred the management Haypost in 2006 to the Dutch Haypost Trust Management B.V.. The transfer was described by the government as a move that would make Haypost increasingly commercial, transparent, efficient and accountable for its customers in Armenia and abroad.
