UNICEF and ARS Representatives Meet with Prime Minister

YEREVAN (ArmRadio)—Representatives of UNICEF and the Armenian Relief Society met with Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan and discussed issues related to reforms in child protections matters.

Among the priorities in the realm of children’s protection, the sides emphasized the need to improve the system of social protection of the poor, handicapped and parentless children.

They prioritized organizing international conferences in Armenia and the involvement of relevant government agencies in the implementation of the system of integrated social services.
