ALMATY–Kazakhstan (Armenpress)–The 4000-strong Armenian community in Kazakhstan’s southern capital of Almaty will soon have a new Armenian Cultural Center–the groundbreaking for which was held Sunday.
The groundbreaking ceremony for the "Louys" organization’s center was attended by Armenia’s ambassador to Kazakhstan Edward Khourshoudyan.
In his remarks–the ambassador said that the center was realized due to the diligent support and follow-up by Kazakhstan president Nursultan Nazarbayev.
