YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The March 8 Parliamentary meeting approved the bill "On immortalizing the memory of soldiers killed in defending the homeland".
The bill–which was drafted by the "Country of Law" faction–is to regulate the comprehensive measures aimed at immortalizing the memory of killed soldiers. The bill contains principal provisions–and stipulates the order and terms of financing these measures. Under the bill–the principal forms of immortalizing the killed soldiers’ memory are the care for their tombs–erection of monumen’s and gravestones–and inclusion of their names and other data concerning them in the Memorial Book.
