GLENDALE—The Chamlian Armenian School held a “High School Night” on Wednesday, November 9 for its graduating eighth graders and their parents. The goal of the event was to provide guidance and relevant information about Chamlian’s sister schools and the high school programs they offer.
Chamlian Principal, Vazken Madenlian, welcomed the participants with his opening remarks, and invited Rose & Alex Pilibos Principal, Dr. Alina Dorian, Ferrahian Armenian School Principal, John Kossakian, and Mesrobian Armenian School Principal, Seto Boyadjian, to provide Chamlian students and parents with important information regarding their school’s mission and curriculum. Armineh Dereghishian, Mesrobian Armenian School’s Admissions Advisor, Maral Tavitian, School Counselor at Rose & Alex Pilibos School, and Dr. Seta Khajerian, Academic Counselor at Ferrahian Armenian School, also shared information about how they guide and prepare their students for the college application and admissions process.
The evening came to a close with a Q&A session, followed by an opportunity for parents to meet with the various school representatives for further guidance.
