YEREVAN (Armenpress)–The head of Armenicum, the company that has developed a drug, which allegedly "cures" HIV/AIDS announced that the drug will be registered in India and added that China has also asked for permission to register the drug there. Levon Gevorkian said the drug was registered in Russia, Ukraine as an immune regulating and anti-viral medicine. He said Armenicum was registered by all African countries, and will be registered by 25 countries in Europe. Armenicum gained considerable attention in the mid to late 1990’s. Commissioned by Armenia’s current defense minister Serzh Sarkisian, Armenicum was said to be an effective drug against HIV/AIDS.
