YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Andranik Mashakarian confessed to the Interior & National Security Ministry Thursday about his responsibility for the death of journalist Tigran Hayrapetian–the Ministry’s public officer said.
Mashakarian explained that while driving he could barely see the victim because of the darkness. Later–he decided to give himself up after reading articles in the press.
With Mashakarian under arrest–the investigation will continue.
