STEPANAKERT (Noyan Tapan)–The issues of the widening of cultural ties between Artsakh and the Armenian community of Russia were discussed during the August 3 meeting of current president of Nagorno Karabakh Arkady Ghoukassian with Armine Darbinian–a representative of the "Union of Armenia’s of Russia" (UAR) on culture to Armenia.
Ghoukassian expressed his gratitude to the Union of Armenia’s of Russia for its numerous economic and humanitarian programs contributing to the development of Nagorno Karabakh.
According to the Acting Press Secretary of the Karabakh President–Armine Darbinian arrived in Stepanakert with the purpose of organizing performances of Armenian art masters here. Ara Abrahamian–the President of the Union of Armenia’s of Russia–allocated funds for the holding of this arrangement.
