YEREVAN (Armenpress)–"The parliament ad hoc commission that has been making investigations into misuse of loans and allocations for fuel import in 1992-96 has examined a huge quantity of materials and has done a big job," said chairman of Constitutional Court Gagik Harutunian to Armenpress.
He said that all facts must be examined thoroughly and impartially–avoiding hasty conclusions.
Some recent reports in the Armenian press alleged that Harutunian who was leading the operative management headquarters back in early ’90s was also responsible for the misuse of loans and allocations.
Harutunian said that the operative management headquarters had been created under the circumstances and acted in accordance with legislation.
