YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The Cambridge International Biographical Center has conferred the title of the "International Man of the Year 1997/1998" on a senior official of the Ministry of Health of Armenia–Alexander Panosian–in acknowledgment of his scientific research. This is the second such title to be conferred on a citizen of Armenia. The first winner was the vice-president of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia Emil Gabrielian.
Each year–the Center studies the biographies of tens of thousands of people who made certain achievemen’s in selected fields. The Center publishes bulletins with the biographies of the chosen few who earn the title.
