STEPANAKERT (Azg)–Members of the OSCE Minsk group expressed concern over the increased number of cease-fire violations at the Armenian-Azeri border and the front lines–as a result of which the activities of an observers’ mission was suspended–the Nagorno-Karabakh Department of Information and Press reported.
Members of the OSCE Minsk group met in Moscow on Thursday–without the participation of the sides to the conflict. The Minsk Group urged all three sides of the conflict to maintain cease-fire–refrain from activities or declarations which may increase tension or result in failure of the negotiations process.
The co-chairmen of OSCE Minsk group said they plan to continue negotiations with the sides and are ready to discuss all constructive proposals which may result in a resolution of the conflict.
