YEREVAN (Azg/Radio Liberty)The three Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe co-chairmen met at an assembly in Paris Monday to negotiate a resolution to the Karabakh conflict.
The next assembly will be held in Moscow with representatives from Armenia–Azerbaijan and Karabakh.
The sides are trying to see whether it is possible to soften the positions of the participants of the conflict and find a solution based on the principles expressed during the OSCE Lisbon summit.
