YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Armenia’s Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian left Tuesday for Oslo–Norway to meet with OSCE Chairman-in-Office–Norwegian Foreign Minister Knut Vollebaek.
The sides are scheduled to discuss issues pertaining to the situation in Armenia following the recent events and the current stage of the Karabakh settlement. The forthcoming OSCE summit in Istanbul will also be discussed.
On the same day Oskanian will leave Oslo for Washington to meet with Deputy US Secretary of State Strobe Talbott. The two plan to discuss recent developmen’s in Armenia and the region–as well as the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict.
