The Polish people has suffered greatly from the Nazi Germans and too, the USSR. Also, in our Armenian history – in the 17th century – Armeniansfleeing persecutions had been welcome to Poland.
Before coming to Tsitsernakaberd, the Polish President went to Bazarbaijan where he had to listen to its Sultan Ilham Heydar-ugly Alieyv’s fairy tails about fictitious ancient “Azeris” contributing to the development of Polish nation.
In response, Armenian President was able to produce dozens of Armenian-Polish famous people who are really known in Poland for centuries. Unfortunately, oil and gas politics are more important to EU which Poland is a part of…
Poland is the country, where Holocaust (Auschwitz) took place, and Raphael Lempkin came from.
It is a disgrace, while the Polish President is confirming the Historic fact and acknowledging it, the
real victims’ descendants of the Shoah are still hesitant about recognizing THE FIRST GENOCIDE OF
THE 20TH CENTURY! Maneuvering with the Genocide fact is even a greater Sin and Disgrace! How would
they have felt about the fact, that if till today the Holocaust wasn’t recognized? Let the hesitators switch
shoes with the Armenians and think a little bit, what they have been doing for 96 years, and look
into the mirror!
