Our membership base is unique and the time has come for Homenetmen to develop its own unique strategy with social networking. There are hundreds of Homenetmen groups on Facebook and thousands of links on YouTube. Some we can be proud of and some not. Social Networks have become a way of life and the way our kids communicate with each other. Social networks have made the world a smaller place. Anyone, anywhere at anytime can go online and meet Homenetmen members anywhere in the world… within seconds. There are great opportunities ahead of us with progressive ways for us to connect and tap into audiences locally and globally.

Midway into the month-long Armenian American grassroots campaign to encourage President Obama to personally confront Turkey’s Prime Minister with the facts of the Armenian Genocide during their December 7th White House meeting, the Armenian National Committee of America’s (ANCA) “Countdown to Erdogan” has come under heavy fire from a Turkish lobby that appears increasingly nervous about the impact that Ankara’s growing rift with Washington will have on U.S. complicity in its genocide denial campaign.
Countdown to Erdogan Week 2: Spotlight on the U.S. House
Having completed a full week of grassroots activities urging U.S. Senate support for Armenian Genocide affirmation, the Armenian National Committee of America’s (ANCA) “Countdown to Erdogan” campaign, now in its second week, will be focusing the need for the U.S. House of Representatives to move quickly to adopt the Armenian Genocide Resolution, H.Res.252.
Protocols Hunger Strike Enters Second Day

AYF Blueprint for Progress Series to Kick Off With Lecture on Organized Labor by Dr. Ara Khanjian
The history of organized labor in the United States and the Armenian experience within that movement will be the topic of the first in a series of community lectures hosted by the Armenian Youth Federation’s Crescenta Valley Zartonk chapter.
