BAKU (Armenpress)–Azeri Defense Minister Safar Abiyev was quoted by the Bylik Dunyasi news agency as saying on May 9 that a group of US military experts who have drafted a training course for Azeri military personnel would arrive in Baku in several days.
The minister said a group of Azeri officers will be sent to US military academies to for an extensive training course. Abiyev also said Azerbaijan was going to expand military cooperation with NATO and Turkey.
