MOSCOW (Trend)—Presidents Barack Obama and Dmitry Medvedev had a telephone conversation Monday on a range of issues, including the repolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the Kremlin’s official Web site reported.
“As heads of states, co-chairing the OSCE Minsk Group, Dmitry Medvedev and Barack Obama exchanged views on the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,” said a Kremlin statement.
Obama praised his Russian counterpart’s efforts in mediating talks between the Armenian and Azeri presidents in Kazan last month and his active role in the peace process.
Both sides pledged to take coordinated measures in order to facilitate a peaceful resolution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Who cares. The days of imposed big power solutions are over. If Albania and Yougoslavia could go their own ways during the cold war, Armenia, Artsak and Iran can too. We don’t need their sticky money. We need immigration into Armenia and many more babies.
Apparently, these Obama and Medvdev have more of a say in Artsakh’s future than Artsakh does, since Artsakh is excluded from the OSCE talks.
In fact, Azerbaijan seems to have more of a say in Artsakh’s future than Artsakh does. How did we wind up in this predicament?
And does anyone trust Obama or Medvedev? The former can’t even acknowledge the Genocide, and when was the last time Russia did?
All this seems to be OK with Serge Sargsian. He may be our biggest problem of all.
They are friends but always have a reason to avoid speaking the truth.
A ‘peaceful’ resolution?? OR an ‘honest and just’ resolution – not based upon the oils of the Azeris.
For, remember, the Azeris attacked/warred against Artsakh (NK) and lost “their war”… Seems muslims have difficulty in remembering what they choose to forget – BUT WHICH THE WORLD KNOWS AS TRUTHS.
