I live in La Canada. Its a little like a Third World country. The power goes off sometimes, without warning. The streets were torn up for what seems like years, and still need fixing. The water smells bad. I never drink it. I have heard that the water is polluted with industrial chemicals.
What does the Crescenta Valley Water District do that will improve the quality of life in this wealthy Third World suburb of LA?
