It’s an opportunity to make the unique program of AYF Summer Camp accessible to younger kids, right in their own backyard.” says Anya Agopian, board member of AYF Camp Management. The Day Camps will run in one-week sessions, hosting similar programs to AYF Summer Camp. There will be fun and exciting activities, sports, educationals and field trips for children between the ages of five and twelve. The AYF Day Camp will run Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Extended hours will also available.
The four sessions of AYF Day Camp dates are as follows: Week 1 – July 9 to July 13; Week 2 – July 16 to July 20; Week 3 – July 23 to July 27; Week 4 – July 30 to August 3.
Parents are encouraged to visit the website, www.ayfdaycamp.org, to get more information, and register their children.
Since 1977, the AYF Camp program has offered a genuinely rewarding experience, by serving as a place for Armenian youth to make new friends and memories of a lifetime. AYF Camp is the largest and oldest Summer Camp program in the Western United States, focusing on Armenian culture and heritage.
