STEPANAKERT—On Oct. 13, Artsakh State University and Belgium’s Catholic University of Leuven signed a “declaration of cooperation” in Stepanakert.
The declaration was signed in Artsakh by President of the Artsakh State University Manush Minasyan and in Belgium by President of the Catholic University of Leuven Rik Torfs.
The Catholic University of Leuven was represented in Stepanakert by Professor and member of the Europe-Armenia Advisory Committee, Bernard Coulie.
The signing of the agreement took place during a visit by a delegation of European officials to Armenia and Artsakh, including Member of the European Parliament and Head of the EU-Armenia Friendship Group Dr. Eleni Theocharous.
