STEPANAKERT (Noyan Tapan)Karabakh’s Foreign Minister Arkady Ghoukassian met with the new special envoy of the chairman of the Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe on Wednesday.
Denmark’s Mark Skajegalt was introduced to Ghoukassian by Czech envoy to the OSCE office in Tbilisi–Joseph Cszastny.
Prospects for the negotiation of the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict were discussed at the meeting–which was attended by representative of the Stepanakert Office of OSCE–Tibor Lakati of Hungary–and chief of the Department of International Organizations of Karabakh’s Foreign Ministry–Massis Mailian.
