YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)A group of armed individuals made an attempt to enter the Armenian Defense Ministry building–according to an article published in Golos Armenii newspaper.
However–a Defense Ministry spokesperson doubted the accuracy of the report–saying that only one man had tried to enter the building–but was stopped by a guard who fired two shots into the air. The unidentified person returned fire–shooting one of the guards in the leg. The suspect reportedly fled.
