YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)A clash between criminal groups took place on the main square of Ashtarak last Sunday.
One man was killed and three others were wounded in the skirmish. The three suspects have been arrested–one of which was arrested while trying to steal a Mercedes-Benz. He alleged that the car belonged to his brother.
Since the beginning of the year–five murders have been reported in Ashtarak. A total of 18 murders–14 of which have been disclosed–have been reported throughout Armenia in the last several days.
