STEPANAKERT (Azg) — The Krikor Narekatsi University was founded in Stepanakert to provide natives of Karabakh an additional venue of high learning.
The university will issue degrees in economics–pharmacology–Russian language and literature– international relations–psychology–chemistry–biology and law. The tuition varies from $300 to $400– depending on the department.
"Many Nagorno-Karabakh citizens study in various universities of Armenia today. I believe that our university will provide them an opportunity to return home," said Dean Vartan Hakobian.
