MOSCOW (Noyan Tapan)–Defense ministers of Armenia–Azerbaijan and Georgia attended a special session of military exercises of the North Caucasus Military Base Wednesday. They also met with first deputy defense minister of Russia Viktor Samsonov who invited the three defense ministers to take an active part in similar arrangemen’s.
