YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Prime Minister of Armenia Robert Kocharian welcomed a delegation of Council of Europe’s commission for relations with the Caucasus headed by Alexandros Alavanos–Vice-Chairman of the European united left confederation group. During the meeting the two exchanged opinions on the socio-economic as well as the internal political situation. The guests showed interest towards the settlement of the Karabakh conflict and a direct dialogue between Karabakh and Azerbaijan. Asked about further relations between the government and opposition in Armenia–Robert Kocharian noted that he plans to cooperate with all political parties.
