YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–President Robert Kocharian signed a decree on May 15 appointing Haroutiun Karapetian his advisor.
Karapetian was recently appointed head of the Information and Book Publishing Department. The presidential press-service said the decision to appoint Karapetian presidential advisor emphasized the need for special attention to the sphere of information.
