Civil Aviation Department Head Replaced

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Prime Minister Armen Darbinian issued a decree July 23 relieving Vagharshak Mnatsakanian of his duties as chief of the Department of Civil Aviation of Armenia. The prime minister appointed Isaak Seiranian as the new chief.
