YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–A delegation of the Central Bank of Armenia was in Karabakh last week where it had a series of meetings with the country’s top officials–including Karabakh’s President Arkady Ghoukassian–the prime minister–the minister of finance and chairman of the Karabakh Bank–reported the Central Bank press office.
