YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Prime Minister Armen Darbinian has issued a decree appointing Aram Safarian–50–executive director of the "Armenian Airlines" company. He will succeed Tigran Achoyan in this post. Until recently Safarian headed the air traffic policy department of the Ministry of Transport of Armenia.
