YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Chairman of the Constitutional Rights Union Hrant Khachatrian was elected Executive Chairman of the president’s Political Council during its plenary session Friday. The session was chaired by President Robert Kocharian.
According to Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia Andranik Markarian–a member of the Political Council–an executive chairman will be elected every three months.
