YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–President Robert Kocharian signed a decree Monday awarding Movses Khorenatsi medals to assistant administrator of the Gumri Education Complex No. 1–Grigor Grigorian; a teacher in Vanadzor-based School No. 2–Iskuhi Israelian; headmaster of the secondary school in the village of Aghavnadzor Armen Haroutiunian; a teacher in the Sevan-based School No. 3 Roza Novikova; a teacher at the Ashtarak School No. 3 Vera Shakarian.
