YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–President Robert Kocharian Tuesday signed a decree awarding the St. Mesrop Mashtots Order to Vladimir Movsissian for his outstanding state–public and political activities–the presidential press service said.
In the previous government Movsissian held the post of Minister of Agriculture. .
